Our kindergarten
SMALL KINDERGARTEN
Our house, the Midri House, is small and safe. Each friendly Midri Family has 12–17 kids.
CREATIVE AND COMMITTED STAFF
In our kindergarten, one grownup works in the interests of three children. In each class children are cared for by two teachers and one assistant.
COOPERATION WITH FAMILIES
Daily feedback and counselling support the development of children.
GOOD RESULTS
Kindergarten curriculum that directs the development of children and the kindergarten’s educational principles correspond to the preconditions of development of a contemporary child.
BEAUTIFUL LOCATION
In the pine forests of Nõmme it is possible to go for walks and sport in all seasons.
CHILDREN’S HEALTH
Kindergarten’s kitchen prepares excellent food. We prefer food products grown and made in Estonia. A doctor takes care of the children’s health and gives advice to parents.
TRADITIONS
Our kindergarten is open all the year round. Every month there are common outings and children’s parties. Every summer week the kindergarten becomes a different fairy tale with nice characters.
CHILDCARE – LITTLE CHILDREN’S CLUB
Smaller children can get acquainted with the kindergarten life at our little children’s play class. Half a day is enough for making first steps with the teacher’s support and guidance, enjoy making friends and learn something new every time.
CHILDREN’S HOBBY GROUPS
Midri Children can choose between different hobby groups in their own house.
EVENING CARE
If necessary, the children can stay in the familiar and safe environment of the kindergarten until their parents arrive.
ALUMNI
Midri Classes have finished our kindergarten since 1999. Alumni meetings have become a nice tradition.
INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN
Our kindergarten follows the principle of integrity in supporting the development of a child. It includes the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect.
MULTICULTURALITY
We have the experience and conditions for cooperation with families of different nationalities.
